Thank you for choosing Matthew Ippolito Photography. This agreement outlines expectations and policies to ensure a successful photo session.

PAYMENT & RETAINER:

A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to reserve your session date. The balance is due on or before the session date.

Matthew Ippolito Photography accepts cash, checks, and credit cards through our secure and easy payment system. Please note all credit card payments will incur a 3% transaction fee.

SESSION TIMING:

Please arrive on time. Sessions are booked for a specific time window; lateness may reduce the shooting time without refund.

IMAGE DELIVERY:

Final edited images will be delivered digitally within 14 days. RAW or unedited files are not included.

USAGE RIGHTS:

Matthew Ippolito Photography retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal use rights. Images may be used for marketing unless opted out in writing.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

LIABILITY:

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any circumstance, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any legal matters shall be held in the photographer’s home state, and any legal fees incurred by the photographer as a result of the clients’ prosecution will be paid by the clients

MODIFICATIONS

This Contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties and is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any modifications of this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.

THE UNDERSIGNED HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE CONTRACT AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
