Verona High School Lacrosse Photography
This spring, I had the honor of capturing the Verona High School Varsity Lacrosse season, spanning from March through early June. I photographed both the boys' and girls' teams, as well as the JV squads.
The boys went 14-3 overall, and 7-1 in their NJILL-Kimber division, making it all the way to the Essex County final. Although they didn't advance further in the state tournament, their determination and teamwork were truly impressive.
The girls, with a 9-11 record, went 3-2 in their NJILL division. They advanced two rounds in both the Essex County and state tournaments. The team showed resilience throughout the season, competing hard and continuing to improve as the year progressed.
Along the way, both teams celebrated incredible individual milestones, with standout performances in points and saves. I also had the privilege of photographing Senior Nights for both teams, honoring these amazing athletes. Iām so grateful I got to document this season.
